    Marja`s opinion
    -Experience of different teaching methods
-Experience of new subjects and knowledge
-Getting to know different pedagogical solutions in each country
-Co-operation between teachers in your own school in intercultural enviroment
    -Language skills
-School kids engaged in the project; in class level and visiting different countries
-It is too time consuming to have too many places and sites to write down the results and collect the products. This part of the product should be far more easier!
Raija`s and the whole Finnish team´s thoughts (Finland)
The project ́s impact can be seen in pupils and classes as well in teachers. The project has "met" different age-groups. It has increased the co-operation between teachers and students by international way. Through the project we can use co-teaching. Our two school units have been co-operating.
We have been able to develop our teacher education during practice periods among STEM-subjects.
Our students used Internet for educational aims. They learned e.g. how to record audio and edit short movies. Students´ and teachers´motivation to study English and to learn to use new ICT-tools increased.
This kind of multicultural projects are important in enhancing the student and teacher skills and success in and through STEM-education.
The impact of this project can be seen on many ways: The project increased students' motivation to study and learn science. The teachers used "intersubject teaching", an important new, innovative approach of teaching and developed innovative, pupil-centred teaching methods.

One significant factor in facilitating our students’ career intentions and persistence in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) fields is targeting their interests and motivation before eighth grade. To reach students at this critical stage, a European funded Erasmus+ project was developed in our school for two years, in order to foster motivation and engagement in STEM topics and activities. The purpose of the project was twofold: (a) to investigate how taking part as direct or indirect beneficiaries affected students’ beliefs about science and whether these beliefs differed from their peers who did not participate in the project in any way, and (b) to adapt others’ experiences to our context after carefully examining elements of the curriculum that motivated students to engage in the study of STEM subjects.

After two years, I can say that participants’ ratings of their values for science and science competence were higher than those of non-participants. In addition, we found that students could be motivated in a European project in which they grappled with STEM concepts and activities, and could verbalize specific project elements that motivated them. Through this project, we found that students could be motivated in carefully planned STEM and even STEAM projects and that the experience had a positive impact on their perceptions about science as a field. Importantly, the project activities appeared to halt the decline in these students’ motivational beliefs about science that typically occurs during the first years of lower secondary school, indicating that European projects can be one way to help students maintain their motivation in science.

Studying the project features that the students found motivating may help other educators to make connections between research and theory, and their classroom instruction to motivate their students.

For me the main benefit is the opportunity for the teachers from different European schools to share good practices and to take ideas from each other to improve their daily work. The project motivated teachers to improve and develop their professional skills and class behavior. The project improve the students and teachers language skills and make them believe in their potential. The students became more engaged with science subjects and received motivation to learn more and to work harder at school. The project created strong partnerships and links for future cooperation between the participating schools. Brought European dimension to every partner school.
